Chef Jeff “The Excellency” is an alumnus of the French Culinary Institute with over a decade of culinary expertise. As the Executive Chef of Jerkies, Chef Jeff Catering and Founder of Chef Jeff Events, he masterfully blends his unique background in caribbean fusion, cake design and large-scale event catering. Growing up in a Haitian family in NYC, Jeff is deeply committed to community service, partnering with organizations like the BeGr8 Foundation and Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.
